What materials are used for the charts?
All our charts are printed on high-quality 200 gsm matte paper using archival inks to ensure durability and a premium look for your home or office.
How are the charts packaged for shipping?
To prevent creases or damage, we ship all posters in heavy-duty cardboard tubes. Larger orders may be flat-packed with protective layering.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-20 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer framed versions of your charts?
Currently, we sell the prints only. This allows us to keep shipping costs low and gives you the freedom to choose a frame that matches your home decor.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. If your chart arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo for a free replacement.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
