At UsefulCharts, we want your home office or educational space to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all posters and wall art in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the chart and place it back into its original protective cardboard tube to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the tube and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement chart within 5-7 business days.
